Manga & Light Novel Early Prime Day Deals: Sword Art Online, Re:ZERO, BLEACH, and More
Amazon Prime Day is almost here, and already the deals are rolling out. If you’re looking for your next great manga or light novel read, check out my personal picks for early deals.
#1 Vinland Saga 1 Early Prime Big Deal – (48% off)
Vinland Saga is one of my favorite anime series. Whether you’ve seen the show or not, you can’t go wrong with diving into the manga’s first book, especially at such a steep discount as this.
What makes Vinland Saga so great?
Well, if you love this particular era of history, then it’s a must-read. Thorfinn is the story’s hero, and he’s one of the early settlers of Iceland. While he comes from a loving family and powerful father, he must set out on his own and attempt to avenge his father’s death.
What unfolds around him, however, are some of the most important episodes of the Viking era.
#2 Sword Art Online 1: Aincrad – (20% off)
Get the original light novel that inspired a phenomenon and would go on to change the history of anime as we know it. Sword Art Online Vol. 1 is an insanely popular book, having recently celebrated its 100th printing. And it’s not hard to see why: the book is seriously good. Like…better than the anime good.
Don’t believe me? Read it for yourself and find out – it’s currently available at a solid -20% discount.
#3 Re:ZERO Vol 1 – (15% off)
Re:ZERO is one of the most popular anime right now, having just finished its critically acclaimed fourth season. You don’t have to wait until the next season comes out, however. Dive into the story’s original source material with this first volume of the light novel series.
#4 BLEACH Vol. 1 – (38% off)
Fans enjoying the final season of BLEACH: Thousand Year Blood War – The Calamity are currently on a brief hiatus as the producers prep the final two episodes for the big ending. While we still have a few more Saturdays to go until those episodes air, fill that time with the BLEACH manga.
The BLEACH Manga was one of the first ever manga that I read, and the very best moments of the anime perfectly encapsulate what made this work so popular in the beginning. Its unique style is up there with the best manga, and helped build the foundation of one of anime’s most influential franchises.
#5 Attack on Titan Omnibus (Vol. 1-3) – Early Prime Big Deal (40% off)
Manga volumes can be pretty brief. Those looking to dive into the dark world of Attack on Titan can get a more immersive experience by picking up this massive book that features the first three volumes of the iconic manga series combined into one. This is one of the biggest manga deals right now for Early Prime Day.
That’s it for today’s round-up. Stay tuned for more Amazon Prime Day deals as we get closer to the big day!
