Smarter Energy-Cost Handling in Deck Sensei

Deck Sensei just got smarter! It will now factor in the full energy-cost of a character card. If your character has a way to reduce its own energy cost (as in the case of seven-cost Ken kaneki), it will factor that into the equation for how it reviews your deck!
