For the first time ever, the Pokémon TCG will be getting a Valentine’s Day product. Releasing everywhere on January 15, 2027, this box will MSRP for just $14.99 and will come with 20 mini Valentine’s Day Pokémon mini booster packs, each with three cards included.
Although adults will find this product to be an ideal way to celebrate Valentine’s Day 2027, the product itself feels more geared towards kids. It includes stickers, and the box itself converts into a mailbox that you can store Valentine’s Day cards in, or maybe Valentine’s Day Pokémon packs you get from others.
While the set comes with stickers featuring love-themed Pokémon, the little name badges are intended to be filled out and stuck to the front of the booster pack. That way kids can “trade” them with one another at school. It’s a clever way to embrace the spirit of Valentine’s Day while also incorporating the fun of trading that originally got us hooked on Pokémon cards in the first place.
The full card lineup for these “Valentine’s Day” mini booster packs have not been revealed yet, but will likely include reprints of love-themed Pokémon cards from recent sets – likely with an accompanying stamp, the way Pokémon Trick or Trade packs do for Halloween.
