The Most Expensive Perfect Order Pokemon Cards

What are the most expensive secret rare Pokemon cards from Perfect Order likely to be?

Perfect Order is the first main Pokemon TCG set of 2026, releasing on March 27, 2026. It’s another set focused on the very popular Mega Pokemon ex, and while many of the Pokemon featured in the secret rares for this set will be recently introduces Mega Pokemon, some nostalgic favorites like an epic Meowth ex SIR chase are also included.

Below, we’ll be looking at which cards are likely to be the most expensive when Perfect Order releases, based on an early look at the cards releasing on Friday for Japan’s Nullifying Zero which the English set will be based on!

#1 Mega Zygarde ex – Special Illustration Rare

Mega Zygarde ex SIR

While it will be some time before reliable market data is available for this card, my best hunch is that the Mega Zygarde ex from the upcoming Perfect Order set will be the most valuable card. As I’ve said before, Zygarde is a very important Pokemon in the lore, and Perfect Order marks its Mega form debut in the Pokemon TCG. Not only is Zygarde an important Pokemon in the anime but Mega Zygarde plays a huge role also in the latest Pokemon video game. All of this combined with gorgeous art and incredible rarity should drive this card’s value up into the 200-300 range.

It’s not going to be the biggest chase card of the year, but hype and excitement for this set should drive some solid value for it anyways.

#2 Mega Zygarde ex – Mega Hyper Rare

Mega Zygarde ex Hyper Rare

Mega Zygarde ex’s SIR print looks better than the Mega Hyper Rare, and recent set releases continue to show collector preference for the top SIR over even the rarer Mega Hyper Rare. As such, you can expect this card to be in the same ballpark value-wise as the Mega Zygarde ex SIR, but will probably fall a bit short in terms of value on the secondary card market.

#3 Meowth ex – Special Illustration Rare

#3 Meowth ex – Special Illustration Rare

Just like Mega Zygarde ex, Meowth ex has also been confirmed to be part of the Perfect Order set, so we will most likely be getting this unique SIR included in our set as well. While this card may lack some of the “wow” factor of the other SIRs you can pull in this set, it more than makes up for that fact with its cuteness, popularity, nostalgic appeal, and competitive viability that when combined should equate to one of the top chase cards in Perfect Order.

#4 Mega Starmie ex – Special Illustration Rare

Mega Starmie ex SIR

Mega Starmie got some seriously negative press when it got revealed ahead of the Pokemon Z-A launch. I don’t think anyone’s thinking about that now, however. Taking one look at this action shot is enough for you to forget the fact that Mega Starmie is just basically regular Starmie with a few legs sprouting out underneath it.

#5 Mega Clefable ex – Special Illustration Rare

Mega Clefable ex

Mega Clefable ex is yet another original 151 Pokemon that got a Mega form recently. While not necessarily the most popular Pokemon around, you could still easily see this card fetch value in the higher double-digit range once Perfect Order has been around a little while. Competitively speaking, Mega Clefable ex has a lot going for it, preventing abilities form harming it while also dishing out a ton of damage based on how many psychic energies you discard from your hand.

#6 Rosa’s Encouragement – Special Illustration Rare

Rosa's Encouragement

No Pokemon TCG chase card list would be complete without at least one high rarity Supporter card. While yeah Pokemon is primarily about Pokemon, trainers play an indispensable role in the Pokemon world, and Rosa is no exception.

Apart from being a central figure from the popular Black and White era of Pokemon, Rosa’s Enouragement is also a very strong card – one that could easily become a must-have in Stage 2 decks given its ability to accelerate two energies from the discard to your Stage 2 Pokemon.

Value-wise it should be worth around $25-$50 given similar cards released in recent sets.

#7 Jacinthe – Special Illustration Rare

Jacinthe SIR

In this artwork, Jacinthe is surrounded by the luxury goods that match her style. She’s a fitting trainer to include in this set given her intimate ties with the themes of new Pokemon introduced in Pokemon Z-A, while her powerful effect that lets you heal your Psychic Pokemon could be a solid boon to those decks following the set’s release.

#8 Mega Skarmory – Ultra Rare

Mega Skarmory ex

For whatever reason I have very fond memories of Skarmory from the earlier games. I know he’s not really the first Pokemon that comes to mind when you think bankable character, but I still have happy memories attempting to catch this misfit Pokemon on the ash ladden routes near Mt. Chimney and find it absolutely cool that we now have a Mega form for it.

Mega Skarmory isn’t the strongest basic Mega Pokemon ex we’ve seen in the current Pokemon TCG era – not even close. Nor will it be the most valuable. But assuming we don’t get an SIR for this particular Mega Pokemon, then the Ultra Rare should collect some decent value given it’ll be the highest rarity you can find for this unique Mega Pokemon.

#9 Clefairy – Illustration Rare

Clefairy

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – most modern Pokemon TCG sets feature one run-away chase card in the lower rarities, and my best guess so far is that Perfect Order’s will be this stunning Clefairy Illustration Rare. There’s not much to say about this card other than it evolves into the fantastic Mega Clefable ex other than you really feel like Clefairy is touching a little bit of magic given how much this artwork simply stuns – lending a Ghibliesque vibe to the Pokemon world.

#10 Lumiose City – Ultra Rare

#9 Lumiose City – Ultra Rare

last but not least, I have to highlight this Ultra Rare Lumiose City Stadium card. While this card won’t be worth a ton – likely falling down to around $5 on the secondary card market – it’s still something that should be a fun card to chase for collectors. Featuring Lumiose Tower – basically the Eiffel Tower of the Pokemon world – the card bears some significant history with it by including this recognizable landmark.

It’s also one of the more handy Stadium’s to enter the TCG in a while, and players will be lining up to add this card to their decks thanks to its ability to search out basic Pokemon and add them to their bench, thereby helping drive up its price to being worth a nice chunk of pocket change.

There are still more secret rare cards to be revealed for both Japan’s Nullifying Zero and our Perfect Order sets, so stay tuned and make sure to book mark this page as I’ll be updating it with more info on the top chase cards from the set as it becomes available!
