Jirachi ex Pokémon 30th Celebration Card Officially Revealed
We have yet another Pokémon 30th Celebration spoiler to share: Jirachi ex! Jirachi ex will be available in Pokémon 30th Celebration Booster Packs and products when the set releases on September 16, 2026.
Jirachi ex is something of a fan favorite: a lovable Mythical Pokémon from the memorable Ruby and Sapphire era.
Because Jirachi is more of a helpful Pokémon in the lore, its attacks are also mostly support-oriented. Wish Granter is the main attack to watch, letting you draw until you have seven cards in your hand. That can be helpful in situations where you open with Jirachi ex on your first turn and want to replenish your hand resources.
That being said, Jirachi being a two-prize Pokémon means using it in this way is something of a gamble: sure, you’ll replenish your hand, but you open up the opportunity for your opponent to one-shot it with relative ease.
As such, Jirachi ex will be more of a collector’s chase than something players will be lining up to add to their decks. If we get an alternate art of this card – like a Special Illustration Rare – that would certainly be a contender for a top chase card.
