Emilia, Rem, and Ram Re:ZERO Vol. 2 Parallel Rare Cards Revealed
Three new parallel rare cards were revealed from the upcoming UNION ARENA: Re:ZERO Vol. 2 set (releasing October 30, 2026 in Japan) featuring Emilia, Rem, and Ram.
Ram R*
Ram (ラム)
Card Type: Character
Cost / Action: 3 Cost / 1 Action
BP: 3000+
Generated Energy: 2 Yellow
Effects:
- Passive: [Nullify Impact] (インパクト無効) (The character battling this character loses [Impact] for the duration of this battle).
- [During Your Turn] (自分のターン中): If you have <Rem> or <Roswaal L. Mathers> on your field, this character gets BP+1000.
Trigger:
- [Active] (アクティブ): Choose 1 character on your field, make it Active, and it gets BP+3000 during this turn.
First up is Ram. Other than being highly collectible, Ram strengthens the existing Rem/Ram deck, offering an easy boost to a 4000 BP character combined with Nullify Impact and two energy generation at three-energy cost. It’s a solid add to the current best Re:ZERO deck.

Effects:
- [On Play] (登場時): "Draw 1 card, and place 1 card from your hand into your Sideline (場外)." If there is a character on your opponent's Front L with a BP lower than its original BP, you may replace this effect with "Draw 1 card" instead.
I’m loving the blues in this card. Rem will also work well in the Rem/Ram deck, letting you draw a card if your opponent has a character with reduced BP on their front line.
Emilia SR*
Emilia (エミリア)

Trait: Royal Election Candidate (王選候補者)
Cost / Action: 3 Cost / 1 Action
BP: 3000
Generated Energy: 1 Yellow
Effects:
- [Step] (ステップ): (During your Move Phase, you may move this from the Front L to the Energy L).
- [On Play] (登場時): During this turn, the next Event card with a required energy of 1 or less you use from your hand has its required AP reduced by 1. For every 2 Event cards in your Sideline (場外), the required energy limit of the Event card that has its required AP reduced by this effect gets +1. This effect of <Emilia> can only be activated once per turn.
Trigger:
- [Draw] (ドロー): Draw 1 card.
My favorite of the three revealed cards, however, is this Emilia character card. This Emilia has a powerful free-play mechanic that will significantly boost the existing Yellow Emilia deck.
Additionally, this Yellow Emilia card should be the card that the UNION ARENA Winner for the Re:ZERO Vol. 2 is based on.
Re:ZERO Vol. 2 is giving the Re:ZERO set much of what it needs to be a more competitively viable force in the UNION ARENA meta. Let’s hope that we get this set announced soon for the English Version – before it’s too late!
