Mega Greninja ex Special Illustration Rare Has Been Revealed in English
The most anticipated card from the upcoming Pokemon TCG: Mega Evolution Chaos Rising set releasing on May 22, 2026 has been officially revealed by the Pokemon TCG Company International – and this card looks gorgeous.
The Mega Greninja ex Special Illustration Rare (SIR) will much more than likely be the top chase card from Chaos Rising. It’s got that killer combo of insane Pokémon popularity with incredible rarity that drives fans and collectors wild. Already the card is the most expensive card for Japan’s sister Ninja Spinner set – with a trending price tag of roughly $300 on TGPlayer. That may not sound like a lot given some of the insane prices we are seeing from recent Pokemon TCG sets like Ascended Heroes where chase cards soar well over $1000. However, English cards are worth magnitudes more than their Japanese counterparts so expect to Mega Greninja ex SIR to be worth a lot.
Chaos Rising connected artwork is now complete
Apart from how exciting it is to finally get a glimpse at the top Chaos Rising chase card in English, it’s just as cool to see what the connected artwork from this set’s secret rare vault look like.
Just like the Bulbusaur Mega Evolution line before it, in Chaos Rising we get three cards that create one interconnected picture when lined up side by side.
