The 10 Most Expensive NIKKE UNION ARENA Cards
The GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE set is poised to be the biggest from UNION ARENA to date. Apart from unique mechanics and solid decks, one of the biggest pulls to invest in this blockbuster set is because of its sheer number of collectible cards.
There’s a lot to collect here, ranging from the English exclusive Action Point cards, to the equally exclusive alternate art box toppers.
However, even these relatively valuable pulls have nothing on the set’s biggest draw: the SR** and above cards.
While confirmed market data is still in the works, we’ll be ranking each of the NIKKE UNION ARENA cards based on their potential market value.
#1 Modernia SR***
Listing price: $999
This gorgeous card isn’t only the single most valuable card in the NIKKE set – it could very well end up being one of the most valuable UNION ARENA cards of all time. Modernia has everything an ultimate chase card should do: beauty, rarity, a signature, a competitively viable card, and beloved character.
#2 Rapi – SR**
Listing price: $300
Rapi is another extraordinarily popular NIKKE, and she’s likely to be the most valuable of the casual-wear SR** cards we get in this set. While Rapi’s listing price is one of the lower ones at the moment, my feeling is that overtime the Rapi should be one of the top chases from the set based on how iconic this character is.
#3 Alice SR**
Listing price: $569
While early listing data is notoriously unreliable for judging a card’s actual worth, going by listings alone Alice gets the second spot on this list for most valuable NIKKE cards. Alice is consistently ranked in the Doki Doki popularity poll as one of the most popular characters in NIKKE. This combined with an inarguably appealing card art could help propel this card to the top of the list.
#4 Anis SR**
Market price: $475
Another popular character, Anis gets bonus points for being a solid choice for any Yellow NIKKE deck. She’s a very strong card competitively, while also doubling as a highly popular character as well, and her early listing prices reflect this.
#5 Modernia SR**
Listing price: $400
Modernia’s SR*** may be the top NIKKE chase, but her less rare SR** version is also a top chase. While we don’t have confirmed market data yet, early listing data paint a very positive picture for her potential to say the least.
#6 Dorothy SR**
Listing price: $400
Dorothy’s SR** doesn’t have much market data for it yet, but it will undoubtedly be up there in price. While not quite as iconic as the Rapi, Dorothy does benefit as being the main attacker in the strong purple NIKKE deck, helping shoot this card’s value up, as well as ranking high in popularity polls among players, making her one of the more desirable chase cards in the set.
#7 Scarlet SR**
Listing price: $349
Scarlet gets double points as a card. First of all, she’s one of the strongest NIKKE cards on her own, boosting to a powerful Double Attack character with 5000 BP while letting you draw a card. Secondly, Scarlet consistently ranks highly as one of the most popular NIKKE characters. She should command a powerful market value that retains strong value over time as well.
#8 Laplace – SR**
Listing price: $299
While Laplace isn’t the most expensive of the SR** signature card lineup, this card actually adds a ton of personality to this character in the game, showing her chilling in what looks like a domestic setting. This contrasts with Laplace’s appealing devil-may-care persona the card portrays. She also makes up one of the stronger NIKKE decks – being the primary attacker in the Green Missilis deck.
#9 Rapunzel – SR**
Listing price: $239
Despite having a high starting asking price, Rapunzel should end up being one of the more affordable SR** cards from the NIKKE set. That being said, NIKKE will probably be one of the most valuable UNION ARENA sets overall, meaning she could still retain an impressive market value as time progresses.
Competitively speaking, Rapunzel won’t have a huge impact, although she is a vital character in the interesting Pilgrim/Pioneer strategy.
#10 Snow White – SR**
Snow White may be one of the few character’s whose regular SR I prefer over the alternate SR** look. Her SR features her in full sniper mode, and she’s a very strong card in more limited formats – I used her to win the NIKKE Release event.
